چکیده

Colchieine had a significant inhibitory influence on the leukemogenic effect of estrogenic hormone in combination with either x-ray or urethan in mice. There was some suggestion that colchicine inhibited the induction of leukemia in mice by x-rays. Colchicine was not leukemogenic in low-leukemia strains of mice when administered alone. Colchieine did not affect spontaneous (presumably viral) leukemogenesis in AKR mice.
